How does Summer Stock Up work?
During the offer period, you may make repeated purchases of participating Conagra Brands participating products at your local Publix® store and submit your proof of purchase/s. Spend $20 on these items, you will earn a $10 Publix prepaid card (please see offer Terms and Conditions for complete details, there is a limit of (3) three $10 cards per household).

Here are the easy steps to earn your Publix prepaid card(s):
  • Go to http://www.summerstockup.com/ and Register to participate in the program. An account in your name will be created.
  • Go to your local Publix store from 5/21/2017 through 7/31/2017 and purchase any Conagra Brands participating products and KEEP YOUR RECIEPT(s).
  • Take a picture of your receipt that includes all of the necessary detail (you can scan your receipt and create a pdf if you prefer). Click Here for an example. The image must contain:
    • Publix store name
    • The entire receipt showing store name printed at the top and the register transaction code at the bottom (a line of numbers starting with the date that extends from left to right). This is a Publix unique number and must be included. Click Here for an example.
    • All Conagra Brands participating products that you purchased (indicated with a mark or asterisk, actual monies spent will be tallied and applied).
  • Access your account and upload your receipt. You may also download a Mail-in-Form from the site and mail-in your receipt/s. If you don’t have access to a computer, or if you don’t have an email account, you may complete and submit the form found at Publix or call 888-532-8999 to register.
  • All submissions must be postmarked or submitted online by 8/14/2017 (online submissions must be completed by 11:59:59 p.m. EDST.)

Your online submission will be reviewed in approximately two business days (M-F) and your account will be updated.

Each time you reach $20 in monies spent on valid items, we will automatically mail your $10 Publix prepaid card to you and notify you via email that your card has been mailed (please see offer Terms and Conditions for complete details, there is a limit of (3) three $10 cards per household).
What purchases do I include and how will you credit me for store specials and store promotions, like Buy One Get One Free offers and temporary markdowns?
Any specials that are discounted at the store, such as Buy One Get One Free promotions and other dollars-off or cents -off promotions in the store will NOT be included in the amount you will be credited for. If there is a Buy One Get One Free special, please circle one of them and you will receive credit for it. You won’t get credit for the subsequent item because it was free.

If any item is discounted at the store, for instance it may have a temporary markdown, you will be credited for the amount of the item LESS the discount. Please circle the price on the receipt and enter the amount less any discount. We will check your work and credit you for as much as you spent on your purchase.

If you use a coupon on any of the participating items, the coupon amount will not be subtracted from the amount you are claiming.

What are the dates for this promotion?
Receipts must be dated between May 21, 2017 and July 31, 2017. All submissions, whether by mail or online, must be completed on-line and/or postmarked August 14, 2017 (online submissions must be completed by 11:59:59 p.m. EDST).
How do you know what items I bought qualify for this program?
We need for you to indicate the items that you believe are participating products with a mark or an asterisk (Remember: Conagra Brands participating products, see the full list under “What is the list of participating products?”). And we will also review other visible monies spent on valid items to be sure they are all included. We know that the products appear in a number of different ways, however we will also be able to see the amount of the item and the register code associated with the product. We are able to make a determination with this information. If we have any questions about the products you have purchased, we will send an email to you for clarification or provide you with information that will help you to re-submit and qualify.
What needs to be included in the photo image of the receipt?
Please be sure that the following items are included the image of your unique Publix store cash register receipt:
  • Publix store name
  • The entire receipt showing store name printed at the top and the register transaction code at the bottom (a line of numbers starting with the date that extends from left to right). This is a Publix unique number and must be included. Click Here for an example.
  • All Conagra Brands participating products that you purchased (with the purchase price indicated with a mark or an asterisk, actual monies spent will be tallied and applied).

I can’t upload an image of my receipt(s), may I participate or submit receipts another way?
Are you using a correct image type? It must be a file image that is saved as a jpg, png or pdf.

If you can’t acquire an image that includes the necessary detail, if your receipt image isn’t clear or if you just prefer to participate another way, please download a Mail-in-Form, complete it (NOTE: If you registered on-line remember to include your Account Number, for information on setting up your account visit http://www.summerstockup.com/ or call 888-532-8999 to register) and send it along with your cash register receipt(s) to:

May I submit receipts from any retailer?
This program is available exclusively at Publix. Please be sure to submit only valid Publix store cash register receipts.
Do I have to make the total purchase in one shopping trip?
You may upload or submit as many times as you would like during the program period. We will review each of your submissions and all validated amounts will be added to your account balance. As soon as you qualify for a Publix prepaid card, we will complete the checkout for you. If you have given us your email address, we will send you an email to tell you that the Publix prepaid card is on the way!
What if I have two or more receipts and it only lets me upload one image at a time?
Because you may only submit one image or one page of a pdf document at a time, once you have registered and created an account, please complete your first transaction and then create another transaction for your additional images or documents of receipt(s). You may complete transactions as many times as you like with unique cash register receipts showing your purchase of Conagra Brands participating products purchased at Publix during the offer period.
How do I check my balance?
You may check your balance at any time you wish. Go to http://www.summerstockup.com/ to access your account and your history. Please be sure to note your Pending balances, too. New transactions will remain in Pending until we have verified your submission. If you don’t have an account set-up yet, just go to the website and follow the easy prompts to create one.

What if I have an account balance discrepancy?
Please remember that new transactions will remain in Pending until we have verified your submission. If you review your Pending submissions and you still have concerns about your account balance, please call us at 888-532-8999 Mon – Friday 9am – 5pm CT, or, email us at: Conagra.customerservice@apfco.com and we will review this with you.
How do I request my Publix prepaid card?
We will review each of your submissions and all validated purchases that you have made will be added to your account balance. As soon as you qualify for a Publix prepaid card, we will complete the checkout for you. If you have given us your email address, we will send you an email to tell you that it is on the way!
How can I check on the status of my Publix prepaid card mailing?
You may view the status of your Publix prepaid card mailing by visiting conagrafoods.rebateresearch.com or call us at 888-532-8999 Mon – Friday 9am – 5pm CT. Or, email us at: Conagra.customerservice@apfco.com. Publix stores do not have access to your account information so please call 888-532-8999 for questions on the status of your card mailing.
When will I get my Publix prepaid card?
We are reviewing submissions daily and processing Publix prepaid card mailings promptly using the US Mail First Class service. Please allow 6 – 8 weeks for delivery. Orders may only ship to US addresses. See Terms and Conditions for complete details.
What do I do if I haven’t received my Publix prepaid card?
Please allow 6 – 8 weeks for delivery. If you have not received your Publix prepaid card and the mailing date suggests it should have arrived, call us at 888-532-8999 Mon – Friday 9am – 5pm CT and we will assist you. Or, email us at: Conagra.customerservice@apfco.com. Publix stores do not have access to your account information so please call 888-532-8999 for questions on the status of your card mailing.
What if I don't have an email account?
If you do not currently have an email account and you would like assistance with registration, call us at 888-532-8999 Mon – Friday 9am – 5pm CT and we will assist you.

If you don't currently have an email account and you would like to have one in order to receive email notifications about your account and about special offers you may create one. There are a number of companies that offer free email accounts. Although we don't require or endorse any particular service, we have listed links to a few of the most common ones below for convenience.
Why can’t I upload the scan of my receipt from my mobile device?
Is the device you are using listed under ‘what type of mobile device may be used’? If not, you will need to access the site through your desktop browser. Are you using a correct image type? Must be - jpg, png, pdf,

You must have cookies enabled on the mobile site. Your device's browser must be set to accept cookies. Please check your browser settings before signing in:
  • iPhone: Go to Settings > Safari > Accept Cookies > Select either "From visited" or "Always"
  • Android: Go to Browser's Menu > More > Settings > Privacy > Verify accept cookies is checked
  • Other: See your device's browser settings.
I've accessed the mobile site, but I'm having problems getting the system to respond.
Check to see if you can access other URLs. If not, you may be out of the area covered by your carrier. If you can access other URLs, there may be a temporary problem with the site. Try again later. What type of devices can I use to access the mobile site?
You can view the mobile site from any handheld device that has an internet browser and internet access capability. This data access may cost extra through your mobile phone provider. The mobile site supports the following devices and their default browsers:

Windows Phone 7.5
Will you share my email address and information for other purposes?
If you have opted in to receive product information or other promotional information from Conagra Brands and/or Publix then we may contact you from time to time. If you have opted in to participate in this program then we will send you periodic emails regarding this program. You may opt-out of receiving emails at any time by clicking on unsubscribe in your email. Conagra Brands (the Sponsor) and Publix® will not share your personal information with others except to third parties that are retained by Sponsor to manage and fulfill this program.
How do I participate in this offer if I don’t want to do it on-line?
In order to participate in this program, you will need to create an account. All submissions require an Account Number.

If you don’t have access to the mail-in form, hand-print (pre-printed labels will not be accepted) your full name, account number, mailing address, city, state, zip code, email address (if you have one) telephone number that we may reach you at as well as the total amount of money spent on Conga Brands participating products on a 3 ½” x 5” card, and send it along with your original cash register receipt(s) with the applicable purchases indicated with a mark or an asterisk to the address above. KEEP COPIES FOR YOUR RECORDS.
